Aterus, I don't currently run the socket extension for sourcemod, but will
most likely start to. I know this is rather  "duct-tape" but if I know the
map will end after the current round, as soon as the round is over I use
HLSW and force a mapchange. Sad, I know but it's fraustrating the way this
timeout can kill a server. I have also tried the -nogamestats command line
switch with no luck.

The official issue was Timeout on mapchange.

However, I'm also getting crash on mapchange at times. I've been
troubleshooting it for a while. Do you happen to run the Sockets extension
for sourcemod?
