The stats it kills off are the ones that feed the steam TF2 stats page (heatmaps, kills/damage by weapon, round win percentages etc). Achievements are handled by the client (which is why they are so easy to get via cheats, just fool the client into thinking you got them and it tells the steam backend that you got them)
