I think a lot of us would leave. Not sure if Valve cares or not. I'm not sure why they haven't shut this list down a long time ago.
I for one like getting these emails in my mailbox. I don't always have time to fire up a browser and find the link to the forum and log in and then look to see if there are new messages.
