I've noticed on some servers I can't use the unlocks. I'll have them when I first join, but as soon as I die and respawn, all unlocks dont work. But again, it's only on certain servers. I dont know if a simple restart of TF2 fixes it, as I usually just leave and find a new server and it fixes itself.
