It's Monday.
My server's gone.

Really, what's the point?

L4D has been the worst game out of Valve in a long time.

Horrible terms of content/$.
Game-breaking balance issues (melee spam, closet/corner humping, etc.).
Stupid lobby system.
Severe lack of content (no, the Spring update does not entice me at all).
Unprecedented lack of communication and support for server operators.

I somehow justified paying $50 for L4D.
I can not justify maintaining a server for the game any longer, only to have it
sit completely unused.

It seems to me there was a marked change in Valve's output (in every sense)
some time shortly after the launch of TF2.

If it's not fixed today, my server will be shut down.
What the hell is the point?

My server is 100% pure vanilla.
No traffic.
