One of my regulars came to me complaining about a player that didn't die. He claimed he took two head shots and lived. So I went into the server, and verified it - two head shots from the sniper rifle, and he lives. IIRC, it only takes one head shot from the sniper rifle, even if you are 100 100, and you die.
