Hi Guys, They are indeed broken on windows, however not on linux. Until Valve releases a new patch or lets us in on the secret to get it working, there is nothing you will be able to do to get them up and running.
They will not work straight out of the box, vanilla, with no CFG at all. So an error in the server.cfg is highly unlikely, unless there is something new that is required, but I highly doubt it. So for now, we have to run on Linux or wait till Valve fixes everything up. I've done a reinstall and verify_all update to confirm this. Not only that, but it's been broken for hours without any sort of indication of why this has happened or when we can expect it fixed. This is far from the first time this exact same problem has happened, too.
