But A2S_INFO is sent to the game server port, which incidentally, is the
same number as the RCON port, just UDP instead of TCP.

My theory on ( EDF & 0x80 ) is that i think you can change the rcon port in
some games. So this would be the port for game clients, rather than rcon.
