Ahh.. I just assumed they were the same client.. Maybe user has something block requests for .bz2 files? Or running some kind of client hack?

The bz2 was from one address, the bsp was from another. Unlikely that this was a hashing issue... It really seems like the client's initial request never got to the server. In that case, not much can be done about this.
