There is a difference in the log lines. Feign death kills have the following in the log line: (customkill "feign_death")
You could attempt to block the log line with a plugin, but if kill message broadcasts are on, the attacker would know the victim was a spy when they didn't see the kill message after what they thought was a kill. Since their system gives you know access, you're pretty much stuck waiting for them to fix it.
