Does the sv_download URL work now, so that people download these
add-ons from your server?
I know it sounds illogical that they find your server if they don't
have the add-on, but what about the direct-connecters?
How is it handled when only, say, the lobby leader has the add-on and
the rest of the lobby doesn't?
