I recently read that Valve has some sort of server scoring system in place that
removes servers from the TF2 master list if they score low. Apparently one way
to get a low score (and to be removed from the list) is to not have much
activity on the server. My clan has a TF2 server that we use about once a week.
Usually when we all join, we get a good crowd but we simply don't have enough
interest for the server to always be active.

As a result of this, our IP has been delisted twice. I have a dedicated box and
have used up 2 of our IP's already. Today I had to switch our server to a third
IP for it to show up.

My question is who can I contact about this so my other IP's can be re-listed?
Is there a way to prevent this from happening besides having a more popular
server? I know tech support is useless because they don't support their own
dedicated server files...
