Is this the same bug where you can set your *rate* to a specific value, you evade rate enforcers, sv_min_rate, sv_max_rate, etc. and your ping appears be to be 0. Can't remember the value exactly but I bet ZBlock have got it covered :0 Thanks, - Saul.
