A number of server admins have reported getting crashes when the Patriarch is spawning since the Heavy Metal Update. We have put together a fix for both Windows and Linux dedicated servers. It's available behind a beta password, which means you'll have to add the following to the end of your HLDS Update Tool command line to get it:
