The only other things I could see you wanting to do would be adding the 
server to a steam group or limiting the game modes that can be played on 
the server.

@ Sean Pushckor, whose message was not copied on this message I'm 
replying to:

SourceMod appears to load reasonably well on the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo 
server.  They have a version of MetaMod:Source out (v1.8) that will run 
on the demo, and are working with "private builds" of SourceMod that are 
available for testing to SM donaters (I'm not sure if these are publicly 
available, yet, anyway).  I would imagine that SM on Left 4 Dead 2 won't 
be very polished until after the full version of the game has been out 
for a few days, since things can change between the demo and the full 
release, and because Valve doesn't seem to like to give out any sort of 
technical information about their games before they go live (and for a 
long time after they go live).  I'm sure the SM people will have 
something working pretty quickly, though, so I would just follow it on 
their website.
