Once they use it and rush back to the supply closet in their own base (spawn), everyone's game crashes. This was posted on steampowered forums multiple times so i guess it's pretty much public knowledge already. Only way to block it, is to prevent players from using buff banner somehow for now, untill fix is issued by Valve.
