My server has been experiencing an issue where it will disconnect from the Steam Cloud and make unlocked items unavailable, and will never automatically reconnect itself. The server always requires a full restart to regain the Cloud connection. This has been happening since the week before New Year's, usually around mid-evening.
The past few updates have said there were changes to "improve" this connection.
