I can't seem to reproduce this on my new x64_86 Counter-Strike Source server, I tried Vanilla, than installed MetaMod 1.8, and then Sourcemod 1.3. Same result every time, no crash and I was successfully added to the ban list. Than again it could also require players to be ingame, Kigen seems to have figured it out https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=104632however he didn't share any details.
As for current bugs that I've had accross Linux platforms, my server sometimes hangs when it's loading (Usually freezes around this line): appdatacache.cpp (311) : Assertion Failed: !"Implement me" Anywho, is your server currently having issues with this Raydan? It could be kernel/Linux Dist specific. I know this worked on RHEL4 and CentOS 5.2 (both x86) (I know this is the Windows server discussion list, however I've never heard of anyone having issues with this on Windows, only Linux.)
