If anyone needs help with their Dedicated server, they should be asking in the server mailing list where they can receive help. If you don't want to receive these messages Mr.Fanoni, setup a more restrictive mail filtering system.
As for your problem Ian, I don't believe at the moment you can set a vote percentage with the base SourceMod package set. Looking at the code in mapchooser.sp also makes me think this as it doesn't mention a vote percentage at all. I'm sure you could pay someone, or even learn the API and write the feature in yourself :P Cheers, Kyle.
