If you load cp_badlands while Source TV is running you get
massive amounts of console / log spam showing:-
DataTable warning: player: Out-of-range value (359.000000) in SendPropFloat
'm_angEyeAngles[0]', clamping.
This sends CPU high and causes quite a bit of lag.
