There already is an iphone app for rcon access to game servers. It's called 'Total Control', by Innovadev. Unfortunately, they charge for the 'full version'. I don't hink it has been updated since I bought it, and it never listed the current number of players on the server properly, but you can go to the players list and see how many people there are. It's a little bit clunky, but functions well.
