The following simple script worked for me just fine: cd server_dir :loop start /wait HldsUpdateTool.exe start /wait HldsUpdateTool.exe -command update -game ... -retry start /wait srcds.exe -console -game ....... goto loop
You'll still have to restart your server to start the update. rcon exit from hlsw would do.
