Had 2 hang-crashes on both servers again, this time the dump even points to
Sourcemod, which updated itself once I killed the process and runs fine
since.

Windows CSS Servers are down all over the place as a result of this update.
It appears to have broken some features of SourceMod including Gungame and
Deathmatch. Just wanted to validate the issue if you notice your servers are
repeatedly crashing or won't start.

I can confirm the leak on mapchange (CS:S) is gone, just checked that out.

In other news, first Win server restarted and updated no problem,
remains to be seen what this update will reverse-fix along the way..
cross your fingers!
