I don't really even see the point of having groups over 150 members anyway.
Maybe I am one of the few people who actually use the function to see who is
playing what in my community group, but when they get to big, it's a status
thing. Once my community group gets to the 140 mark, I will start kicking
people from the group who have nothing to do with us or have faded away.
Quality vs. Quantity.

This crap is only going to make you look bad. Just because you will get
potentially many new members to your steam group doesn't mean those people
are going to give a hoot about what the group is about. This auto invite
crap is abusing the system. I use to invite users one by one who I thought
would want to join my group, not invite every single user who joins my
server.
