Fab, this list is for Windows servers. There's a lot of discussion on the HLDS Linux mailing list about freezes right now, and I'd recommend joining that, instead: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux. Windows servers don't seem to be having these freezes.
