This is happening because the primary Whitelist server is down. This
server has only ever gone down like 3 times in the past and it never
coincided with an update, which is probably why this is the first time
people are seeing this. The server should be back up in a few hours.

Windows server 2008 R2. I haven't tried rebooting the box yet, I suppose
