For some reason, the respawn times on my servers keep glitching. It always seems to be set at 20 seconds (or higher) for the BLU team no matter what the map is, or what event is given. Whether it be pl_goldrush or cp_badlands the respawn times are glitched only for BLU. Red seems to be fine however (10 - 16, hits 20 some times, but never over).
