Hi there!
All of a sudden, my CS:S servers on one of my machines stopped working. I
checked the server console, and this is the output:

Running a benchmark to measure system clock frequency...
Finished RDTSC test. To prevent the startup delay from this benchmark, set
the environment variable RDTSC_FREQUENCY to 2992.000000 on this system. This
value is dependent upon the CPU clock speed and architecture and should be
determined separately for each server. The use of this mechanism for timing
can be disabled by setting RDTSC_FREQUENCY to 'disabled'.

I tried installing a CS 1.6 server, and it's running perfectly on port 27040
(and other ports). -debug is on and srcds is updated with -verify_all.
Thanks for any help.
