I am still having the issue of being unable to host a server without the error, Unable to load steam support library - This server will operate in LAN mode only.

The server is on a dedicated box running Server 2008 R2, we have never had any previous issues with updates and I have also disabled any addons running on the server - but it still returns the error above. I do have the ability to install a completely fresh install of TF2 if you would advise this to help debug the issue.
