what he means, is that on mapchange on the server, the server looks in /cfg/  
for a .cfg file with the name of the map, for map specific settings. 

so if you change the map to "koth_nucleus" the server will be looking for a 
/cfg/koth_nucleus.cfg file to get map specific settings. 

if there is no file, you get that error, safe to ignore.
if you dont like that, just make a empty text file with each <mapname>.cfg on 
the server.
