Has anyone else experienced this crash?

Since the last update I have had a few crashes (three to date) that end
up a dialog box popping up saying something about pack files. I have ran
-verify_all and still run into this problem. I don't have the exact text
of the dialog box that pops up since I seem to fail at print screen.
