Yup, those i have problem with are within the 'black out' as you would call it.

All existing Demos that were created during the 'black out' period are corrupt. 
I doubt you'll be able to get the data back unless if there's a work around.

Try again, seems to work for me.

Yes, we had a CSS update today. Nobody released the notes. Usually we would. It 
didn’t have anything server operators need to get though.

Game updates often change the way the game plays, looks or feels. They also 
break things.

Historically, Valve has let us know about most updates here on this list, 
including the optional ones because its the right thing to do and makes bug 
tracking easier.

I hope Valve continues to tell us about all updates they release so we know 
about them in case something breaks. Tracking down server problems is tough 
enough under ideal conditions, and much more difficult when they are a result 
of a ninja update we heard nothing about.
