More than likely it is fake. If you read the videos comments, it says that more information is coming soon (more than likely a link). That link is going to provide you an executable file that can 'drop' clients from servers, that executable file probably wont even work, and will be infected with a R.A.T. (trojan). It's probably some 'script kiddie' trying to build a botnet or keylog a bunch of people for steam accounts. That is only my opinion though.
