I had the same issue when I was running servers with replay months ago. If
there was ANY issue with the connection to the FTP server, replay would
immediately crash the server.

I made a post about it a while back and it never got resolved or even
responded to.

Easy way to reproduce it is to run a FTP server locally and have it upload
to that. Make the FTP server stall (not crash, stall) so it doesn't respond
with anything to the server, but make sure there is activity on the server
and that it is uploading replays. TF2 server crashes. Every time. Had to
stop replay because it was basically the only cause of crashes.

Basically it seems like if the FTP server says "Hi" and then the server
doesn't get any info after that, like if a change dir fails, it crashes. It
has no retry or fallback. It just crashes.
