Hi Mike, 1) I recommend you do a -ip xx.xx.xx.xx in your init as rcon typically doesn't work properly unless you bind it to an ip, be it a public or private ip
2) Have you tried actually manually connecting via the command line? If you can connect, then it may be a broadcast issue of the server, not that it isn't accepting connections.
