Well that explains where all my traffic went. I am not sure what this was 
supposed to really fix but this is the first time in a year where after an 
update our servers did not fill up immediately.

Servers working fine here with the cvar set in server.cfg. 


Just when I restarted the servers they immediately filled up. While I won't 
exactly complain there's a boatload of Americans on our EU server right now. 
Needless to say we're having average latencies of far >200 right now. I don't 
think this is intended.
