The update I am willing to bet will be released at 13:73 O'clock Valve time... Otherwise I would anticipate the normal between 4-8pm central. Followed by the update to the update in a timely 15 minute layover once the realization that the flawed package was rolled out occurs.

I'm pretty certain either one works, but I always use "" for ease of
spotting the variables when adjusting settings on multiple servers.
