The more civilized answer was to direct this individual to the cs:go mailinglist, which is at https://list.valvesoftware.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/csgo_servers but that page is unavailable for some reason. I guess sending a message to [email protected] with the word subscribe in the subject and body should do the trick.
