I had the exact same problem last week when I was attempting to install a
CS:GO server on our new CentOS 5.9 box. Tried loads of things, but the only
way we got it to run was with this workaround
http://absurdminds.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=1380 . Might be your
only choice, except for using a different distro. There's no other way I
know of and I've searched the web quite a bit.
