I have little info as this did not happen to me personally. However, I have messaged a few of my server owner friends and some of my players. It seems like 3 out of 10 people are having this issue. Some even reporting that only a few servers were deleted and not all of them.
Please don't derail this topic to DNS/ID support. This is very serious and we need to get info on why this is happening.
