First off, your servers aren't Vanilla if you're running MetaMod Source and
SourceMod on them. Vanilla means they are stock as though you downloaded
them fresh from Valve.

Second, you're running a DEV version of SourceMod that is way way out of
date. FIX: Update SourceMod. You should have done this long before posting
here, which is probably why no one responded.

Third, if you're running a out-of date version of SourceMod. you're
probably running an out-of-date version of Metalmod too. FIX: Get the latest
verision of that as well. I'm running both and have no crashes at all on
Windows 2008 RC2.

If you still get crashes, which will be unlikely, you probably have a
SourceMod plugin causing the crashes. If this is the case, remove any SM
plugins and add them in one at a time until you you find the cause.

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh, but as a server operator, people on you
and others on this list to do some basic research and updating her before
posting here. Otherwsie this would just become another forum full of
messages that annoy people.

Very sincerely though, Best of luck to you...
