It doesn't matter which command you are using, when the Conten-Servers are
down, you cannot update.

I'm lucky to have a masterserver, which is syncs all other servers. If we
get an update, the master synchronizes all slaves.
It's also under windows possible to do this job automated.

I think it will be a good way, if Easy-WI also supports Windows servers
with the same concept as under linunx. A symlinked structure linked against
the master server. So new installations doesn't make problems. __Only if an
update comes out and the content servers are down.__ The other concept are
the single installation, which you’re all using under Windows to manage
your servers.
BUT, also NTFS supports symlinks similar as under *nix.

Atm there is no Implementation which get their jobs from a Database to do
their jobs (update, install, etc.) under Windows... Bad thing, but not so
important because the most game servers are hosted with  Linux..
