It's the windows server mailing list oO Does he attack the server port (udp - for gametraffic | tcp for rcon)? If he is doing this, you can try to use a packet sniffer and block this malicious packets with a firewall. He can also abuse other server daemons/services or attack any port (also blocked ports) with a dDoS. You have to find out which attack he is using. Ask your provider for more support. Maybe he can help you.
