I don’t think it works that way currently. At least in my experience. When you set it in command line it will change it in the config automatically though. Not sure what you mean by ‘Did the port uris by the way?’ As in did the default ports change or the WebAdmin port?

It does make a mention on the wiki, but it isn't highlighted well.
