I had CSGO servers crash on similiar error and adding -nowatchdog to startline made them not to crash randomly. This was more than 2 years ago but i never took it off. Server doesn't stay down, because it doesn't crash. If yours does crash and this won't help, then you run something that makes it crash. Default TF2 servers are rock solid, even with sourcemod and sourcebans installed.

I *guess* disabling watchdog will only cause the server to stay down after the crash, instead of getting back up. Right?

Is there a way to find out which extension or plugin might be causing this without testing one by one? Cause the problem is intermittent and it would take literally weeks to check each one of them.

Doesn't that crash logs an error somewhere?

Put -nowatchdog to your servers start line, see if that fixes it.

The crash is intermittent and I could not find the cause.

        Any ideas?
