I concur. This problem has been occurring in both TF2 and Insurgency for close to 2 weeks now. It doesn't even have to be a video that causes SteamWebHelper to crash, which is exactly what's happening. I've tested a variety of static and dynamic web pages, and it seems that even if the page has PHP, it crashes Steam Web Helper. For instance, any of my web pages that show leaderboards or stats. However, CS:GO is not currently having this issue. So it's not a fully widespread issue with this version of Chromium. It's happening in both the release and beta branches of Steam. I can confirm this on Windows 7 and 8.
