We are setting live the second build of the upcoming Neon Nightmares 
beta.  Admins can update their servers are opt in with the following:

Admins will need to use the following SteamCMD flag:
 *

   app_update 232130 -beta preview

To opt out use:

 *

   app_update 232130 -beta none
