I don't know about others, but I'm still surprised that some of these things haven't been finalized with HL2's release quickly approaching. Unless, there are further delays that everyone is anticipating..... yet again. I still feel that integration technologies should start becoming standard across gaming engines.
It would be nice to hear some more info on the server side and even the SDK side of things. Right now, most admins are in the dark as to whether they'll be able to even host HL2. We've seen no hardware or bandwidth requirements yet. Hopefully, we'll see something soon. I mean, even the launch date is up in the air still.
