Heh, was just scared of putting time and effort into coding all the stuff required (I'm making this work with manimod too) only to find it performs dismally.
Anyhow looks like I'm gonna go ahead with it, found some stuff in the adminmod manuals which makes it look more promising, but manimod still lacks mySQL support so having a flat file with all these ID's in could get very interesting...
