It's not completly switched to Source protocol, because the split packets 
are handled like before, which is different to the Source protocol.

A2S_SERVERQUERY_GETCHALLENGE is not working anymore. You have to use 
A2S_PLAYER or A2S_RULES with FF FF FF FF as challenge ID to get a valid 
challenge ID. This is how the Steam Client get the challenge ID because it 
did not break after the update.
